Where to find your tracking number

• Your dispatch email. We send it the moment your order leaves us, and the tracking number and carrier are in the first paragraph. Check your spam or promotions folder if you cannot see it.
• Your account. Sign in and open My Account > Orders. Every order shows its current status and, once dispatched, its tracking number.
• Ask us. Email your order number and we will send the tracking number back within 24 hours.

What the statuses mean

• Processing – your payment is confirmed and your order is being picked and packed. This takes 1 – 2 business days.
• Completed – your order has left us and the tracking number is live. Transit takes 3 – 6 business days.
• Tracking not updating – a scan can take up to 24 hours to appear after dispatch, and rural routes sometimes show no movement for a day mid-transit. If nothing changes for three business days, write to us and we will open a trace with the carrier.

If your order is late or has not arrived

If your order has not arrived within 8 business days of you placing it, contact us with your order number. We will open a trace with USPS or UPS and, if the parcel cannot be found, send a replacement or refund you in full. You never have to deal with the carrier yourself.
