There is no mandatory arbitration clause in our terms – if we cannot agree, either side may go to court, and you keep access to your state’s small claims process. Governing law is the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles; you keep any non-waivable rights under the laws of your own state of residence.

This site links to a small number of external pages, such as the USPS and UPS tracking services and Stripe’s privacy policy. We checked those pages when we published the links, but we do not control them and are not responsible for their content. Tell us if a link is broken or out of date and we will fix it.
