Shipping is free on every order to any address in the United States. There is no minimum spend and no threshold to reach.

We dispatch within 1 – 2 business days and transit takes a further 3 – 6 business days, so most orders arrive 4 – 8 business days after you place them. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays.

Orders ship with USPS or UPS depending on size and weight. Both services are tracked and you receive the tracking number by email as soon as the label is scanned.

No. Lawnower ships to addresses in the United States only, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to PO boxes for the larger cordless mowers because the carrier requires a street address.

Use the form on our Track Your Order page with your order number and the email address you used at checkout, or open Orders in My Account. The dispatch email also carries the carrier tracking number.

You have 30 days from delivery to return any unused item in its original condition and packaging. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving and inspecting the return.

You cover return shipping for a change-of-mind return. If an item arrives defective, damaged or is not what you ordered, we pay the return shipping and there is never a restocking fee.

Yes. Email info@Lawnower.com with your order number and the tool you would like instead. Exchanges are subject to availability and we ship the replacement free of charge.

Email info@Lawnower.com as soon as possible. If the order has not been dispatched we can change the address or cancel it outright. Once it has shipped, treat it as a return.

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay, all processed by Stripe. We do not accept checks, wire transfers, cash on delivery or PayPal.

Card details are entered on Stripe’s PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment fields and never reach our servers. The whole site runs over HTTPS.

The full amount is authorised and captured when you place the order. If we cannot fulfil an order we refund it in full to the same card.

Yes. Every cordless tool in the Power Lawn Tools collection ships with at least one battery and its charger. The exact pack size is listed in the specifications table on each product page.

The string trimmer, hedge trimmer, leaf blower and the 17 in. push mower all use the same 40V pack, so a spare battery covers four tools. The 21 in. self-propelled mower uses a larger 60V pack of its own.

Run time depends on grass height and load. As a guide, the 40V 4.0Ah pack gives roughly 45 minutes of trimming or 35 minutes of mowing, and the 60V 6.0Ah pack covers about a third of an acre on one charge.

Store packs indoors between 40 and 70 degrees Fahrenheit at around half charge, never fully flat. Top them up every couple of months and keep them off a concrete floor.

Use a fine diamond file at the original bevel angle, working from the inside of the cutting blade outward, then wipe the blade with a light oil. Bypass pruners and loppers are sharpened on one side only.

Yes. Blades, springs and bumpers for the pruning tools and blades for the mowers are replaceable. Email info@Lawnower.com with your model and we will tell you which part you need.

Every tool is covered against manufacturing defects. Contact us with your order number and photos and we will arrange a repair, a replacement or a refund.

Yes, the same catalog and the same prices apply. If you need several units of one tool, email info@Lawnower.com before ordering so we can confirm stock and dispatch timing.
